On August 2 I tried to log in on Everything Else and was told that my membership had expired. I tried to pay it and it charged me DOUBLE the amount. I contacted whoever I was supposed to contact, got a response the next day to say they needed to access my account. This morning I gave permission. This afternoon, I'm apparently still considered to be a non-paying person.
Do I answer the question "How are we doing" on the email or do I complain here?
