Pauline, I see your response on this to others...I of course just had the same problem. I wanted to edit the guest list for our GTG and now I can't! I also wanted to add the directions and times to the post. I'm not sure I see the logic in the 60-minute rule.

Anyone who wants to change a post after the allotted time can email or PM the mods and we'll be happy to edit it.

I'm not talking about typos (we can live with those!), but GTG thread titles and such. (Many times it's better to post again in those threads, anyway, to let people know there's an update.)

The logic is that some people were going back and changing old posts and we never know unless we happen upon them.

They could change to them to be anything they wanted - e.g. someone could take a post from a month ago, change it to a political rant, it would get indexed by Google, but we would never know it was there.
