I have a certain number of photos to link. I have placed them on Flikr so that I can post them to multiple places and I have already palced them on my blog. bnow, I would like to post them here too, in this form:
pistoia04pistoia03
pistoia02pistoia01

Now, just in case the pasted HTML works (otherways I will delete the post), is his an acceptable form of posting pics? Basically, the pics stay on Flikr, so I don't add "weight" to slowtrav/slowtalk, but everybody can see them and link to them.

Yes, this is an okay way to link to photos. Or you can post them on SlowTrips and link to them there.

This methood makes it easier to post them also on my blog and on other palces, so I will stick to it. Later I will post the photos. ^_^

Nice pics! And I like the idea of putting thumbnails within a post: large enough to give an idea, but not too big for those of us on dialup.

One slight niggle, though: a standard left-click opens up Flikr in this window, whereas the slowtalk default is to open another one (or so I think, Pauline - but I know virtually nothing about such matters...).

The code is provided by Flikr itself; I just copy and paste it. I may try modifying it so that it opens ina new window, but I will have to do it thumbnail by thumbnail. Turtle
