Is there somewhere I can post a review for something like the cooking class we took? Or the visit we had at Paolo Bea winery? Like the restaurant or hotel reviews list? Or do I need to actually post something on the message boards about them?

Right now we still don't have the capability to capture those types of reviews though it's something we'd like to do in the future.

I'd post it to the message board with a title like, "Review: XYZ Cooking School" or something like that.

On second thought, I see there is a section called Postcards. That seems to be the best place to post something like this. How would I do that??

We're in the process of converting postcards to use the trip report system (really just started). You can submit it using the Trip Report Manager, and I'll tag it appropriately. But read some of the postcards first to make sure it really falls into that category as opposed to a basic review (I guess in my mind, for a postcard, more detail with some reference information).
