What a wonderful place to learn about travelling overseas! My wife and I plan to go to Italy next October, and want to stay in Umbria for a week. We found a wonderful couple of reviews regarding this, including a posting from fellow New Zealanders - "Review 1389: Apartment Alba, Todi". by Rod and Anna Hardy. I'd love to email them to find out more about their stay there, but cannot find their email. I went to "Member Directory" Pages 51 and 23. Can't find them! What am I doing wrong? Thank you. Not everyone who sends reviews is registered on the message board (we are planning to link the registration systems eventually). I cannot give out email addresses of reviewers. The reason that I have such a long review form, is to get as much information as possible from the reviewer when they are writing the review. Most people write the reviews right after their trip, when the details are still fresh in their minds.

Your best bet is to post on the Italy forum asking if anyone knows the vacation rental. Put the name of it in your topic title (so people scanning the board will see the title) and put a link to the website with your question.

Also search the Trip Reports section ( http://www.slowtrav.com/tr ) in case they wrote a trip report with more details.

We do require trip report submitters to be message board members. Though, subsequent to writing a trip report, it's possible someone deleted their membership. But Pauline's, right, the best bet is to post to the message board to see if someone else is familiar with the property.
