I recently received an email telling me I need to renew my membership, but the links in the email don't work and the email is a 'no reply' email. I've tried going to the Groupee site but I can't find how/where to renew. Can someone please give me the correct link or tell me how to renew? thanks.

It took me two days to get my gold star after signing up. Is that normal? Or part of the problem?

Barb, Did you try this site?

Groupee Sitepay

If you membership hasn't lapsed (which it doesn't look like it has since I see a gold star), then I think you will be taken to a screen where you can renew your 'subscription'. You will have to login with the same login information that you use on the board.

Jon, I don't know if it is normal to take two days. Kim is our expert on subscriptions and she is out for the holiday weekend.

The membership has to go through approval - I've seen it take as long as a day but never two (unless there was a problem).

Barb, can you forward the e-mail to me so I can have a look at the link and send a bug report to Groupee? Also, have you been able to renew yet?
