Pauline: I was trying to renew my membership and the link takes me to infopop and infopop says I have no current subscriptions to renew. Then when I tried to renew by answering a pm it took me to another page in the infopop groupee site and when I try to login it keeps giving me an error. So I requested my password thinking I was typing in the wrong thing. The password it sent me was what I was trying to use and it still gives me errors.

What should I do to renew?

You are the third person today to tell me this! The good news is that everyone is renewing their memberships - the bad news is the system is not working. Thanks for letting me know about it - I will put in a support ticket and post when it is fixed.

I am going to move this to the "Message Board Questions" forum.

Pauline & Kelly,
I have been trying to renew since I got my notice last week. Same problem.

But it worked for me just now. J.

I think it is fixed now. I went back and forth with Groupee (to the point where I swear my blood pressure went up), but now it is fixed.

If it does not work for anyone, post here. Thanks!!

Well, I am happy to report that your frustrating conversation with Groupee paid off. I got it to work. Thank you!

Groupee just told me that the sitepay (new name for what was called Thrive) was down for everyone - we were the first ones to report it. Strangely, that makes me feel better.

I'm ready to renew my membership also. However I am so suspicious of any e-mail nowadays. I received a notice for renewal directing me to this site. Is it the correct one or just bait on a phishing expidition?

https://sitepay.groupee.com/groupee/sitepay

Looks fishy to me. What is the correct link?

It's smart to check, Jeannew. In this case it was a legitimate email and that is the correct url.
