OK, I am posting a trip report at the last minute and will be entering it in the contest. I have photos to upload, can I do that after I post the trip report? And how do I do it? They are too big I think, how do I reduce them? Sorry for these pesky late questions, as you can probably tell I am in a panic to get this done..
Thanks!

Hi Marie,

I maybe able to help you reduce your photos size. Do you have any software to edit your digital photos such as Photoshop Elements or even Microsoft Photo Editor which comes with XP? If you do, you can usually change the size. For example in Microsoft Photo, you can go to the View > Resize and change the Width and Height. The size is in pixels and will allow you to make the size smaller for the trip reports.

Also if your report is still in draft, you can upload photos for each page. You can find a link to Add Photo from the My Trip Reports page.

If you're photos are not TOO large and you have a high-speed connection, the trip reports software will resize them for you. It tends to space out and forget what it's doing with large photos and a dial-up connection, though.

Chris & Marta - thank you! My report is still in draft so I tried uploading some photos as is, and it appeared to work. So perhaps the software did the re-sizing for me. I hope so!
