I, at some point, am going to make a restaurant list for the greater Greve area of Chianti. Is there a way to write this on ST without publishing until complete or do I write it in Word and then copy and paste? Thanks

Jane, I believe you write it in word and then mail that docuemnt to Pauline. Check out:How To Submit Travel Notes.
