I received a "private message' but when I tried to reply to it a box popped up saying I needed to be a premium member to do this. I am already a premium member and just to be sure there wasn't someting funny going on-like I wasn't logged on- I did a reply to another regular post on the message board and it went right through. I've looked in my profile to see if there was anything I could see wrong, but all seems ok. any thoughts? thanks susie
Hi Susie, There's no little star next to your name, which denotes premium members, but I'm sending an "alert" on your message so that another mod can double check and fix it if necessary.
Premium members can see their list of Private Messages by clicking on the "New PM" icon towards the top of the message board. The reply function works the same as the message board.
I think I have it straightened out. When Susie signed into Groupee to pay for her premium membership, she created another account by accident. That one was the premium membership. I deleted it, set the current account to premium and, for good measure, changed it from member name Suzzles to SusieB, which I think is the one she wanted (if it isn't Susie, change it back).
