My family is very proud of her skills. The rest of us have bought identical cameras to attempt to emulate her. Wish me luck!
That's the pic I put on page four of my new San Gimignano trip report - that was the fourth five week trip we have taken together in the past few years starting in 2001. We are going together again next April.
We've stayed in this same hotel on the past three trips. It's taken from the terrace of the Albergo La Cisterna, where the movie Tea With Mussolini was filmed. This was just after seven in the morning in late October last year.
If you move over a bit to the left and down a little, this is the view from our hotel window when we stay in San Gim. My husband goes out in the morning to take fog pictures all of the time while I sleep!
