Does anyone know this Houston company that says it speacializes in discount international flights?

Searching for save on travels inc., I found the below comment from another travel agent who of course is touting his own services:Comment

My personal feeling is that remuneration for an agent's time has to come from somewhere. Either you find the best rate from the airlines themselves using ITA Software or you buy a consolidator's ticket which gives you no flexibility at all.

Just a quick observation....I am a great fan of ITA Software but it does not always show you the lowest fares that show up frequently on the likes of Orbitz, Kayak and/or Sidekick. In addition, I have had the experience of finding a fare on ITA Software, calling the airline directly and being told by the agent that the fare was not available.
