I like what has happened to the home page. It's easy to use, compact and looks GOOD to the eye...Whoever did the re-design, thank you.

Personally, I really like having the picture of the week on the home page.

Ok I'll bite. Where's the home page? I obviously never visit it and I can't seem to find a link to it - at least I can't find any pictures except by selecting "Slow Photos".

A problem I have with the new forum is that the login page will not save my password etc but I have to enter it each time?

Also I find I have to turn off my firewall or I cannot login and post. Has "groupee" made this too sensitive?

Monty - nothing's changed on the forums that I'm aware of though (i.e., no upgrade). Though there were some problems last week with the software, they seem to have resolved them for now. Silly question, but are you checking the little box that says, "Remember me?"

You may need to add the site to your firewall as a trusted site. You can read more about that here: Firewall/Security Settings

Thanks for your suggestions. Worth asking but yes I do have the little box checked.

I will have to check the Firewall/Security but I have made no obvious changes to anything since I installed a new anti virus etc program 9 months ago and it has worked fine until about a week ago.

To send this post I had to enter password etc from scratch.

On another matter I love the photo of Rome and the bridge etc over the Tiber. Brings back memories as we stood at that very spot.
