Has anyone used or heard of "Bank of Internet"? They are a pure Internet based firm based in San Diego. They do not charge ATM fees, rebate up to $8 of ATM fees charged by another bank, and do NOT charge FX conversion fees. Seem like a good deal to me.

I am currently an unhappy BoA customer and have done some research on credit unions. I am surprised to find out that more and more CUs are charging out-of-netowrk ATM fees and 2-3% FX conversion fee. Free lunch packages are disappearing.
