Ryanair frequently offers these sort of "silly" prices. With the proviso that you do have to pay taxes, credit card surcharge and a higher than normal insurance, the fares still can work ut ridiculously cheap. I am flying back from Pisa to UK next month for less than 20GPB inclusive.
