The Wall Street Journal is apparently offering its online version free for 10 days (I think starting yesterday).

I thought this article from today's paper ("How to Buy a Cheap Seat in First Class") might be of interest.

It is interesting, but I'm not sure I get it. The article says that these first class airfares can be cheaper than coach, but don't online search engines bring up the cheapest seat anyway? So, I'm not sure how knowing what code to look for would help you find them. I must be missing something...

If you can't get the WSJ link to work, the same article was reprinted in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Here's the link and it's free:

Call me Expedia-challenged but honestly, I was trolling around on Expedia and can't spot those cheap first class seats. Are they for domestic US only or have you found them for international also?
