Perhaps a too simple question, but have you checked your spam filter? I know others have had the same problem, but found the email in their "junk mail" box.

Where are you traveling in Europe? I have purchased tickets from RailEurope via phone/online for a lot of years, and it's getting harder to get immediate customer service from them (they take forever to answer phone or e-mails). Can you buy them directly from the specific train companies (e.g., SNCF in France)?
You probably don't want to wait to buy tickets for weekend travel -- and the prices could be a lot higher.
