I have identified three trips that we would like
to purchase tickets for on the RailEurope website and I tried to register to purchase them online. After submitting my registration info, I was told that I would be emailed a "password" to use for this purchase. I never got it. Now when I try to buy the tickets, it advises me that my email address is already used! How can I retrieve my password or is there a better way to buy these tickets? BTW, we are traveling on Saturdays for all three tickets, hence I was hesitant to wait to purchase them once we arrive...should I just wait?

Perhaps a too simple question, but have you checked your spam filter? I know others have had the same problem, but found the email in their "junk mail" box.

Where are you traveling in Europe? I have purchased tickets from RailEurope via phone/online for a lot of years, and it's getting harder to get immediate customer service from them (they take forever to answer phone or e-mails). Can you buy them directly from the specific train companies (e.g., SNCF in France)?

You probably don't want to wait to buy tickets for weekend travel -- and the prices could be a lot higher.
