Did you guys know that you can use http://www.google.com for currency conversion? I knew about the function for converting miles to km and kg to lbs etc but I was not aware that it also could do currencies. It works the same way as with other units...just type in e.g. 100 US dollars in Norwegian kroner and then you get the result. I'm not sure where it takes the numbers from but at least it will give you an idea

Yes, there are lots of other pages that can be used for converting currency. But if you have a Google toolbar i doubt that you will find a quicker way then using Google. You can also use NOK instrad of Norwegian kroner and USD for US dollars :-)

If you use a Macintosh, the built-in calculator does it, and has a rate update function. Lists about fifty currencies. I don't know whence the rates.
