They put Air France at 4 star and Delta, United and Alitalia at 3 star- most notably, they rank the economy class service as equal on those three.
Sorry, but Delta's front line personnel are head and shoulders above the other three, and I sure wouldn't rank AF higher than DL. Makes me question the rest of the rankings.

June, thanks for this! It's interesting that the best seating reviews usually don't include Economy...does that tell us something?
"Your seat cushions can be used for flotation. In the event of an emergency water landing, please take them with our compliments." ~ Flight attendant's directions at the beginning of a flight on an unnamed airline! Brenda
I have to say that I don't believe that there is any valid predictor of good or bad flight experience for any economy flight on any airline flying between the United States to Italy....in my experience over the past 13 years, it is a crap shoot and there is absolutely no consistency from flight to flight or airline to airline.

You're right, I'll add that to my round tuit list. I also need to do that on the airportLounge Guide site.

Sadly, true. Most of my experiences are good, but I've run into bad apples working for almost every airline. (knock wood, haven't yet hit a bad front line person on DL)
