Just noticed the 3% "exchange rate adjustment" on our credit card charge for our apartment reservation in Montemarcello: 2% for VISA and 1% for the bank. Anyone know of a good credit card with less charge?

We use Capital One, but as a backup CC we also have one from our credit union..... they don't charge the extra fee either. If you belong to a credit union you might want to ask them about their policy.
