I just checked the rates for The Mansion on Forsyth and now there is an advance purchase rate available, pre-pay, no cancellation or changes starting at $169 plus taxes and fees per night for a King.

It was available for April 2-6/08 but not available for April 3-6/08.

Prices are back up to $399 a night. Pays to check often and sometimes book early.

I just booked The Mansion for four nights, $389 for each night ++, but we are in a Bohemian Park view King and I think I found on their website last week the room was going for $429 per night.

Should be very nice. We are looking forward to it.

YaY Wendy!
I think you did even better than the website prices. Today a Bohemian King Park view is $429 & $509 per night for April 2-6/08.
So, these rates are really fluctuating!
What dates are you in Savannah? J.

Evening June,

I think we did okay. I sure would have loved to have only paid $169++ but I wasn't willing to pay up front, especially considering what was going on at the time in our lives.

Last week I noticed on the website $429 and $499 for turndown service and a chocolate piano, oh and a bottle of wine.

We don't need the chocolate Roll Eyes and I am hoping to see if we can do even a bit better, but if not we'll be happy. The place looks great and the the few people I talked to on the phone were terrific.

4.5 months, may the days roll on till then. Enjoy.

Warmly,
Wendy
