Hi everyone! I am so looking forward to meeting everyone in Savannah.Since this is my first time to a gathering what is the fashion forecast- formal, relaxed or trendy? Do people dress for the cocktails and dinner on Friday? We New Yorkers opt for black at all times, but that might be a bit dour for Georgia. See you all soon!

Here's a previous discussion about what to wear to the weekend events.
My previous experience from several Slow Travel gatherings is that they are somewhat casual and that people wear what feels right to them. I will probably wear something dressy-casual for Friday night, very casual for Saturday night, and pretty casual for the Sunday brunch since our family has an 8 hour drive immediately following. We will be outside Saturday evening, so you will want to bring some sort of jacket, sweater or wrap just in case.
And maybe I'll use this as a chance to buy something new.
