These are the people who will meet together at the first Great Slow Travel Gathering in Savannah. Some will rekindle old friendships and many will make new dear friends. Without a doubt they will appreciate the beauty of Savannah and that wonderful Southern hospitality. Did I mention fun, food, wine and laughter - whenever a group of ST'ers gets together you know there will be lots!

Sorry Nancy that is my error - I did correct it on our spreadsheet (so all information actually at the Gathering would be correct) but forgot to change it here.
It is in fact Joywriter (another Nancy whose last name also happens to begin with L) who has a husband named Thom!

Not that it matters much, bit here are a few spelling corrections. My name is spelled with two r's and one l. I live in Morris Plains Thanks, Sherril from Morris Plains, NJ.
BTW, is there anyone else from NJ coming to the gathering?
Thank you Sheena. I didn't mean to sound impatient at all. I just noticed this list today. Thank you for all of your work!!! I am sure it is much apppreciated by all.
Sheena, I know this seems like pick pick pick. But Cal and I no longer live in Manchester (Podunk Holler) TN. I don't know if our place of residence is going to be on our name tags, but ours is now Murfreesboro TN.
Your residence was based on the information given on the registration form. I think Palma did all of the name tags this weekend - but I'll ask her whether changes can be made.
If not we'll give you a felt pen with your nametag.

Gee...you mean my name tag will say I'm from Elmer? I can't even FIND Elmer! It apparently has a post office though That's what I get for living in the boonies!
Less than 3 weeks to go!

Move....but I still haven't unpacked from the move there!!! It's only been 2 years, after all! (but I did get bookshelves built while I was on my trip, so now I can start to unpack when I get home for longer than 2 days (which will be sometime in late April!)
The joys of living in the middle of nowhere, but only 15 miles from a decent-sized town
