Ginger (Suncoast)gave all of us a real treat Friday night at the Gingerbread House. Unfortunately, the sound quality of my camera is rather poor. Be sure to watch for Ginger's fancy little dance moves. She was really great and we loved it. ** edited to embed video **

Happy Blushing You are too too kind. Mr. Mercer did not write music for Lyric Soprano's, he wrote for those wonderful bluesy, delta, Broadway voices, of which, unfortunately I don't have.

It ain't opera, but I did do my best and I had fun. Thank you to Jan for bringing her karaoke machine and lugging it all over Savannah.

What a thrill to see (and hear) Ginger sing all over again. What you cannot appreciate from this video is the loving gaze coming from her sweet husband, Craig, throughout the duration of the song. Both Ginger and Craig gave me chills!

Wow, kudos, Ginger! Although, I do have to disagree with you on one point: it certainly seemed as though I was listening to professional theater! Outstanding performance! Not Worthy

Thanks so much for posting this Jane. I of course heard Ginger's fabulous performance but wasn't able to really see it (see the long and short of it thread). It was so great to hear it all over again. Brava Ginger-so well done and so much fun to hear someone I know perform. Your photo of Craig gazing (dare I say) adoringly at Ginger during the performance is so wonderful Terry. Especially since they have known each other since high school! Gives us all hope for the longevity of true love! Wink Grin
