Thanks for the great question. I will be soliciting the $75.00 fee from each of you around January/February via personal check as I will have to make one big payment after we take the class.
I appreciate all the email and PM confirmations. Also, as far as exhaustion goes- that's what gallons of morning coffee is for...
Take good care. Looking forward to meeting everyone in person.
Have you asked us to pay you yet, as in have I missed something? I certainly hope not, because we are really looking forward to this.
And perhaps you can answer this question for me. I have a friend who is going to Savannah next month. I told her about our cooking class and she asked if the Mansion does these regularly besides what you have arranged? If you know, I will pass on the information.
No you haven't missed anything-I haven't asked for money yet. Don't worry though, I will soon!
We have had two people that have had to cancel from the class, so I now have two openings in the class that I need to fill. If you know anyone who is going to Savannah and is interested please let me know.
Yes, cooking classes are available on a regular basis. Some are pre-scheduled during the year and others can be arranged for groups of 10 or more.
Drat! Double-drat! I thought this class was filled long ago. I'd kill to be able to get in this class, but I'm meeting Jean Soderlind for tea and lunch at 12:00 noon. That pretty much lets me out, so sad, so sad. (deep, tremulous sighs, here)

Okay - this could be the final straw that gets me down there on Thursday night - man am I going to have a lot of favors to owe! Okay count me in! (just 1).
