For our Saturday night festivities, we will all be travelling to and from the Fort via 3 open air white Trolleys, and this should be a lot of fun.

We will have 3 designated pick-up points within the Historic District from which the Trolleys will depart, based upon where people are staying.

In order to coordinate these Trolley rides in the most efficient and convenient manner, we will need to know the location of your hotel or accommodations.

Can you please PM me your accommodation information (this will remain confidential) if you have not already let Sheena know, or if there is any change from when you first registered?

Thank you so much for your timely responses.

I'm sorry I don't seem to know how to PM you but I'll just let you know here that I'm at the Olde Harbour Inn just across from East Bay Inn. I'll be sharing accommodations with Sandra K. Hope that helps.

I'm bumping this back up closer to the top, in case those who have registered did not see it.

Thanks, all, who have responded already.

I'm (sort of) at the President's Quarters. That is where I originally booked, but my particular room was sold to the next door neighbours, something like 16 Hundred 70... whatever. '

Many thanks again to all who have forwarded me your accommodation information.

We still need everyone's accommodations, (quite a few still missing), so that we can properly select our trolley pick-up sites for transportation to Saturday night's festivities at the Fort.

Please either PM them to me, or email them to me (address in my personal profile). Thumbs Up Thank you again.

Jane, is that the Hampton Inn, East Bay? I see that is what we originally have you down as staying. (sorry for any confusion) If not, we'll make the appropriate changes.

We're staying at the Amethyst Inn at 402 East Gaston Street. This is just a few blocks east of the north end of Forsyth Park, near the fabled Mansion on Forsyth Park.

I'll be at the new Holiday Inn Express, 199 East Bay Street. Ambiance not as key here as good rate and proximity to the work conference I am...sort of...attending simultaneously Big Grin

Terry,

I gave you the wrong address earlier. I just got my final confirmation on our apartment. It's on the corner of W. Jones St. and Whitaker, a little North of Forsyth Park.

Thanks for all your work

Kathy, Terry is out of town so I'll step in for her.

The fact that all of those Jones Street Suites are named for a square is confusing - but we had clued in and put you all (there are several people there) on Jones Street.

Thanks for the heads up though!

Terry,
My reservation at the Staybridge Suites is signed...sealed...and re-confirmed. The other reservations have been cancelled. Just wanted to state that one final time.

See you all soon.
