If you're going to Ebury St, it would be an easier journey for you to get the tube to Victoria (change at Hammersmith for the eastbound District Line - just walk across the platform). Or get the National Express bus from the Heathrow Central Bus station to Victoria Coach Station, which is nearer the other end of Ebury St. You might want to check the postcode for the B&B at www.streetmap.co.uk to see which is nearer.
