Hello,
My Cornwall notes might be helpful, but as David says your questions are quite big subjects as Cornwall is a walkers paradise.
Some suggested routes in my notes
here . Can you send the link to your possible accomms and what time of year will you be visiting?
Cornish roads are not the best and can be very busy at public holiday times for example.
Fowey is slightly out of the way but it is an area of Cornwall we love.Marazion is more work a day although it does offer lovely coastal views over St Michaels Mount and is close to gems such as Mousehole, and Porthcurno.
The Penwith peninsula is probably the most exhilirating part of Cornwall certainly for walkers as David suggests.
More information in my notes about eating out etc.
We spent a lovely relaxing week on the Roseland peninsula in late September, another area that is superb for walkers and setting for "The Camomile Lawn".
We ate very well at
The Lugger Hotel in Portloe. I have many more suggestions should you need them.
