We would have loved to be there for the International Eisteddfod when we were in Wales a few years ago. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right. This website should help. Ann

I really enjoy photography, and found this site to be helpful. Even if you're not into photography , the photos are a great tease. We'll be there in June! Can't wait.

Hi there The Restaurant that most people recommend in Langollen is the Corn mill The Corn Mill, which overlooks the river. It is easy to spend a few hours mooching around the town, which is very pretty. However, it's worth taking a trip to the aquaduct, where the Llangollen branch of the Shropshire canal passes over the huge Thomas Telford Pontcysttle aquaduct -huge in height, not width, being wide enough for one barge and the footpath. Have a look at some of the footage on Youtube! Pontcysytle canal, LlangollenTheatr Clwyd in Mold is about 30 minutes drive( I think!) from Langollen, and they have some good stuff coming up. Theatr-cymruHave a good trip. Julie
