Maria is a long time member of the board. When she first joined, she lived in Arizona, but was planning her move to Italy. Steve and I met her in fall 2002 in Italy. She lived in a few different places, then ended up in Sicily. After a few years there, she moved to London (just a few months ago) and she works at the Surtees Hotel.

Since she works for the hotel, I asked her to not post on threads about London hotels, unless she has some good information to pass on (actually Maria emailed me to ask how she should handle all this) - which was why she was reluctant to say all this in this thread.

So, I said it!!
