I'm also looking for an apartment in Lisbon, but it doesn't seem to exist in Lisbon. There is an aparthotel, but that is not the idea..
Please let me know if you've found something..

Thank you for an answer. It is the first time I have tried writing anything. Yes, they don't seem to have many of these apartments. We have been to Andalucia, Spain. They have them everywhere. But of course, I will report back if I find anything.

The problem with the apts. on that web site, Libbie, is that they're in the region of Lisbon, not the city itself. Since we're going to Portugal ourselves next fall, here are the few apts. in the city that I was able to find: Lisbon apt. for 6; another apt. for 6; an apart-hotel; and one more I can't find right now.

Here are 3 more: another one, which does not have a good seating area according to someone who stayed there;one in Belem; and the last one .

Hi, not sure if you are aware but holiday accommodations in Portugal will be pretty much booked up by the end of the year due to the European Football (Soccer) Championships which is held in Portugal.

Also. Nothing related to Portugal, but Athens, will also be the same because of the Olympic Games in 2004.
