We spent a week exploring Faroe Islands, based in Torshavn and then took the ferry to Seydisfjördur in East Iceland and spent 2 weeks exploring the eastern side of the island.

We caught Smyril Line ferry from Shetland. You can't do this any longer as Smyril no longer calls in at Shetland. Another time we will have to fly and hire a car once we arrive.
