I really hesitate to post this because I am sure it is not the right place, but I am not sure what else to do:
Twice in the last 10? days, I have emailed to ask for this review to be attached to our classified listing, as has happened in the past. Apart from an automated response, I have heard nothing else and it has not been added.
Could someone please let me know that the emails have been received.

Hi Margaret, you should be able to add the review to your classified by logging into the classified system and clicking "manage listing." If you're unsure or need help, e-mail me and I can either walk you through it, or do it myself, whichever you prefer. My e-mail is in my profile.

Kim - many thanks for the information, I obviously missed the change in the system - the last email I have (from last August) says: "Unfortunately, the system does not allow for the user to be able to install a review. Feel free to let us know when you need other reviews installed and we will be happy to do it for you."
Just a note for anyone else trying to do it themselves: it seems that you can only add a review reference by typing all of your review references into the box. If you just type the new reference in, it deletes all the old ones! I think it is all straight now.
