Since I have posted about the nightmare of Heathrow by wheel chair, it is only fair that I post my wonderful experiences in Frankfurt and München airports. I have Parkinson's and need help and a wheel chair in airports.
In Frankfurt we were met at the door upon arrival, with assistants and a motor cart that took us to the gate of our connecting flight, and we were preboarded on the plane.
In München a special car with two assistants was waiting for us on the tarmac at the bottom of the airplane's stairs, and the two assistants sheaparded us through customs and controls and all the way into our connecting airplane. They did not leave us until we were safely seated in the plane. We felt very pampered and well taken care of.
