First try:http://timetables.oag.com/sfo/
this is all the lines that fly out of SFO to Holland
then
bestfares.com
http://www.sidestep.com
http:/mobissimo.com
http/kayak.com/
side step pretty much gives you the basic going rate so you know a deal when you see one.

Julie,
Looks like a stop is unavoidable. Don't think that anyone flies SFO-AMS nonstop. Sorry.

KLM is the Dutch airlines. They are part owner of Northwest. KLM/NWA have the only nonstops from the west coast to Amsterdam. They do have a nonstop from SFO to Amsterdam. They also have options that go through their other hubs such as Minneapolis or Detroit. I use NWA/KLM directs from Seattle typically when I travel to Europe.

They are okay. Cramped and so-so service/food but it is non-stop which is what I prefer from the westcoast.

I would second Joanne's recommendations. I have been using Mobissimo to get an idea of the price both directly from the airline and consolidators.
