That's the site for Suzy Hofstetter, a charming woman and a great guide. I was in Lucerne in November 2001 with a group of travel agents, and we had her as our guide for a half-day. Her enthusiasm for her city is noticeable. Though I'd been in Lucerne several times before, I sure learned things from Suzy that I wouldn't have known otherwise. I can highly recommend her.
