While we are in France my husband will need to fly home on business for a week. When I've tried looking for a cheap ticket for him from Paris to Philadelphia, I'm stymied because US sites only have prices for flights beginning in America.

Can those of you who live in Europe please suggest websites for flights originating in France? Thanks.

This is an old message but I thought it was worthwhile. There are several European based sites with cheap tickets. And OMG...are they cheap!

Here is a brief listing:
www.opodo.com - the European equivalent of Expedia. Sometimes, you can find good fares.
Applesfares.com
www.flighful.com
www.flybudget.com

Also, make sure to check specific airlines websites because they are often running very good specials.

Jan, thanks very much! The opodo site is great for me. Their price was about $200 less than the airline's quoted price. The sites called flightful. com and flybudget.com didn't work for me, because they have no U.S. destinations, but I'll keep them in mind for intra-Europe flights. I appreciate your answers.
