Just want to let you know that there is a strike at some airports in Norway. At the moment the airport in Bergen (Flesland) is closed down due to the strike and the airport here in Stavanger where I live will close tomorrow as an expansion of the strike. The main airport (Oslo Gardermoen) will also be effected eventually but it will not be closed down. But if the strike expands to Stavanger it will also effect the oil industry of Norway as Stavanger airport is used to transport people out to the North sea oil installations. Personally I think an expansion to Stavanger airport will mean the end of the strike as the oil industry is just to important for Norway and the government will not allow the strike to carry on.
