Yesterday we FINALLY got to meet Jane and Ken after years of talking thru SlowTrav, Expats in Italy and personal email! Casey was there too of course, but he was much too busy with homework, TV and the cute little girl next door to spend much time with us old folks!

As an added bonus, we also got to meet Tina from Tennessee and her husband Jim! What a fun couple they were!

Jane and Ken's home for the coming year is absolutely beautiful, and I'm betting they'll find it hard to leave. Ken grilled hamburgers on the grill, and we had a wonderful visit.

We're hoping that Jane and Ken can visit us in Umbria sometime soon, and we're also hoping to see Tina and JIm when they return to Italy for their next visit.
