Monica, from Avventure Bellissime, has offered to give us a discount since we've booked the Veneto/Prosecco Tour with the same company. Since Colleen will be in Florence on Friday, I've offered to take charge of this tour, payment, etc. Once I know how many people want to go, I'll email Monica and get a price €
Although most of us leave for Florence the next day, I think Friday is the only day possible to take this tour.
Shannon, I think the tour is 9 hours, leaving 8:30AM or 9AM, so I imagine we'll be back around 6PM. Plenty of time to relax and pack a bit for our departure on Sat. and then with you!!
So far there are 6 of us for the Dolomites tour. I will email Monica and ask what the price will be (she told Colleenk that we could possibly get a discount) I think each van holds 8 people so I was hoping to hear from a few more people. I'm sure if we reserve for 6 and a few more are added it won't be a problem. I'll try to remember to ask Monica about the possiblity of "last minute" add-ons from Slowtravelers.
Sorry Mindy, my mind is elsewhere today. I had thought I had seen more info on this tour, but didn't notice the threaed even though I see I have posted here before. What a DA I am! What I neede was here already!

I heard back from Monica regarding the Dolomites Tour on Friday Oct. 15th.
Here is her reply:
The cost for 6-8 people is 685,00 euro - discounted at 617,00 euro total

As for the doges palace and secret itinerary , the tour as a small group tour is only offered on Sat , but we can offer it as a private tour every day - How many would be interested in this tour ?"
Monica has offered us a great discount. I will reply that so far we are 6 although not sure if perhaps Wendy & Rob would be interested in joining us
I'm also interested in Monica's price for the Doges, Secret Itineraries Tour (I do not believe it includes St. Mark's but I will ask her). If it is significantly less than Luisella charges then I would opt to go with Avventure Bellisima (Monica's company). I would think she would also offer a discount for Doges.
I will ask Monica if we can add 2 more people at a later date for Dolomites. I don't see why not, we would have to adjust the cost per person. Comprende?
