Palma, fyi, I also made a buffalo chicken dip this weekend for the Super Bowl - it was a smash success, not a drop left. Guess I have a new go-to for football parties.

We definitely need to do another winetasting weekend there at some point - it was SO beautiful and the wines were fabulous. The Skyview is super cute (and the manager is so swarthy!) Let's make it happen someday.
