The morning after our GTG.
What a fabulous time!
Great food, great wine and most of all, fabulous friends!
The night before was Alex's(hubby) birthday,so we had a Slowtrav GTG/BD party wrapped into one.

We went into town for brunch this morning at the girl and the fig and ran into Judy(Diva), sister Liz and waved at Palma and Brad driving by.
I'll have Alex post our photos tonight.

Palma tried calling Colleen in Boston but was unable to make a connection, but we were thinking of you all.

My new favorite drink...scroppino, but it has to made by our Diva!

We are back at home after a fabulous weekend in Sonoma! Judy's pasta class was so much fun (and all the pasta was delicious!). I have been calling my husband, Brad, "Gnocci Boy" ever since.(He really had the feel for the "fork/thumb/flip manouver".) Then Saturday's GTG at Gloria and Alex's home was a wonderful party. We ate and drank tons of fantastic food and wine, and met great people. I will try to post pictures between clients and after work this evening! We tried to hook up with the Boston GTG by phone, but didn't connect. GREAT WEEKEND! Can't wait to meet more ST's!

Thanks again to Gloria and Alex for organizing a great evening. Bill and I enjoyed meeting fellow Slow Travellers and visiting with you all. Food and drink were plentiful and tasty -- company was warm and friendly.

As requested by a couple of you, I will post my chicken curry recipe on the food board later today (just noticed the time, and I need to leave for an appointment).

Thanks to all who helped make our Sonoma GTG special. Look forward to seeing you all again.

Judy

Marta,
The desserts were St. Honore cakes (puff pastry bottom, layers of sponge cake and Italian creme filling, topped with whipped cream and cream puffs drizzled with chocolate)! Cake

I posted pictures from Judy's pasta class!
