Hey Bobby Flay from the Food Network was in Rockland Maine yesterday and my niece got to meet him and a "Pie Throwndown" Read about it here.

I was there for the whole thing - what fun. The Pie Moms had no idea who he was - they don't watch the Food Channel - and wondered who this guy was, interrupting their pie baking demonstration.

I was also in the PIE-rade the night before - played a kazoo and wore a piece of foam pie on my head. Can't wait to see the show on TV.

He was either down here last week or will be here next week - can't remember. He's visiting a local farm but I can't remember what he's making.
