On Friday, March 24, Brad and I took Judy's (Diva)Pasta class in Sonoma. We learned to make
pear & pecorino Ravioli in a lemon-butter sauce, individual lasagnas with ragu, gnocchi in seafood sauce, pici in tomato garlic sauce, and dessert fried ravioli with honey!

The pictures are terrific! It looks like a wonderful class: lots of observation and participation, plus you got to eat, and now have all kinds of new techniques to use at home. Very nice. Thank you for sharing the experience.

Diva, you seem to roll the gnocchi top-down on the back of the fork. I do it upward on the right side of it ^_^ Also, have you ever tried to roll them on the back of a cheese grater with rahter large "holes"?

Palma,
I agree, looks like it was a really fun class. Everything looks delish! You are so cute and "gnocchi boy" is a cutie pie too. Big Grin

I'm thinking maybe she's a big Hollywood movie star and wants to remain incognito.
