I have (after much trial and error) finally found two wholewheat crispbreads that I really like.

Ryvita Pumpkin Seeds and Oats is whole grain rye (73%); Pumpkin Seeds (15%); Whole Grain Oats (11%) and salt. Two slices are 110 calories; 2.5 grams of Fat (0.5 Saturated and 0 transfat); 4 grams of Fiber and 2 grams Sugar.
The pumpkin seeds are wonderful, and they are a pretty good source of phosphorus and magnesium.

Ryvita Sunflower Seeds and Oat is whole grain rye (74%); Sunflower seeds (14%); whole grain oats (11%) and salt. Two slices are 90 calories. The sunflower seeds give you a nice dose of Vitamin E.

These products are new in Toronto, and somewhat difficult to find.

My grocer said that they are extremely popular -- as he handed me his last box of the Sunflower variety yesterday!

I buy the Ryvita pumpkin seed and oat and agree that they taste great. I'll have to try the Sunflower. Thanks for the tip.

In a previous life I was an Umbrian sunflower farmer. I want to do a past life regression and stay there.
