Yesterday was Nikki's birthday (Janie I hear she bumped into you at Thomas Haas at lunchtime!) We were out for dinner last night to celebrate her birthday and we all remarked on the excellent salad dressing - at which point Nikki said she would really like a good salad dressing cookbook.

Any suggestions? I am not sure that I have ever seen a book just on dressings. She has the Williams-Sonoma salad book.
