I saw a notice in yesterday's paper, and it looks like the last days of this book signing tour - Clotilde will be in San Francisco today and tomorrow, Santa Cruz tomorrow night, and Los Angeles on Wednesday. http://chocolateandzucchini.com/books/#booksigning

I love her "Chocolate and Zucchini" blog and cookbook, but haven't seen the newest book yet.

Colleen - did you see this thread on the France forum? I ordered "Edible Adventures in Paris" after reading the article, and now I have to get to France as soon as possible to start eating at all the places she has written about.

There are a number of yummy recipes scattered through the book - but it focuses primarily on restaurants (organized by arrondisement) and markets (both the classic street markets and smaller specialty shops by category), and lots of useful tips about eating an food shopping. There's even a great list of suggested food items to purchase as gifts.

I think this will prove to be a useful resource - and will be interested to see if Cubbies found it useful during her upcoming trip.

Thanks for the link, Judy - I'd missed that thread. Sounds like the book will be an excellent resource. I might have to use my next B&N coupon for it, even though I have no plans to return to Paris in the near future!
