Timbellino di ortiche con crema di peperoni Nettle tart with creamy pepper (as in sweet pepper not hot) sauce Crema di cipolle in tortella creamed onion omlette situation (not sure if this is right but thats what it sounds like it could be) Ravioli alle erbe di campo al leggero burro d'aglio Wild greens (we could just say weeds but it doesn't sound so attractive even if thats what it is!) stuffed ravioli with a light garlic butter sauce (ha!
