We brought back two wheels of vacuum sealed Stagionato Percorino from Italy at the end of last month, and I notice that it has become a bit fragrant. Not knowing if it is normal there is a noticable, but not unpleasant, odor, I thought I'd ask here. I also see that there is some fluid inside the package- yellowish, but clear... is this normal? Should I remove the cheese from the packaging? Thanks!

I would remove the cheese from the package.
it has suffered from some heat!

Dry it off, and put it back in the fridge, wrapped in waxed paper and then in a large Zip lock bag. not saran wrap.

It should be fine, but sheeps milk cheese can stink some!
