Ciao, who knows a good recipe for bread pudding?
Could you shere it with me? I would like using this recipe to prepare a special PANZANELLA( It's a summery bread sald-traditional here in Italy).
I know that bread pudding is usually a dessert.but I'm wondering to prepare a savory dish made of fresh vegetable and bread pudding.....what do you think?

If you go to www.epicurious.com, then to "Recipes", then to "Advanced Search", enter "bread pudding" under "Keyword", click on "Vegetables", then on "Search", you will get a few more. The one above seemed closest to what you might be looking for.
